I came in to see Dr. Clay. She gave me good advice and I have had follow up visits now. The staff and assistants are very nice and good. I’m very squeamish when it comes to my eyes, but they made me comfortable and I was able to get through the whole exam. I would definitely recommend her.

All the doctors a very friendly and at the top of their profession. The front staff is always welcoming. Most of the assistant technicians are very good. I only had one assistant that was very stoic and was more concerned with going through the motions of checking me in rather than listening to my concerns. But outside of that, great place.

Very smooth check in; preliminary process prior to seeing the physician was great, everyone Very pleasant. However, except for the physician, not one person in attendance, said who they were...it's always preferable if you introduce yourself to clients/patients.
Also, I waited approximately one and a half hours in a room before being seen by the doctor, a total of almost three hours since my appointment time. No one apologized for the long wait. That was a " wow" for me.
