The two stars are for the office staff and Dr. Urrea who are all lovely, professional, and competent. But Dr. Ibarra, I won't ever see again. This fool told me 3 times that my vision hadn't changed much since my last visit, 2 years ago. Nevertheless, he advised I NEED to return Every 3 months for a year, then Every 6 months, then annually. Really douchbag? Either you thought I was stupid, or you really expect me to help finance your pandemic losses! What about me, the patient, who would not only be inconvenienced and wasting costly gas, for an unnecessary 2 hour round trip? Don't I deserve consideration? If no, then why not?

Pains me to write this review. I was hoping to see Dr Maria Pesheva, but she was not in that day so I saw Dr. Yamanaka to look at my bilateral eye infections. Although she admittedly said she’s not a cornea specialist (and thus didn’t know what was going on), it’s sad because I would still hope to get more clarity after seeing a licensed ophthalmologist. Left with more loose ends, no answers nor helpful steps forward outside of a referral to USC, where I should’ve just gone in the first place. I give two stars due to the help of the administrative team, otherwise it’d be certainly less. Also, they do NOT do culture swabs here.

My experience on my first visit . I called and received an appointment for the next day at 8:15 am. I arrived and parked at the location early no problem. There are about 15 spots available. I entered the facility and checked in . Filled out paperwork and was called in right at my appointment time 8:15 am. The nurse immediately started the diagnostics and answered all my questions. Within 10 minutes the Doctor Sarkisian came in and attended to me. Polite and very informative. The doctor began her diagnostics and was able to confirm what I had. She went over the medication and answered all my questions. I was out within 45 minutes of me stepping into the office. Great service and Magnificent Doctor Sarkisyan was the best. Clean facility an staff was courteous and attentive. If possible try to get an appointment early in the day. Thank you Doctor Sarkisyan…. Cris
