Dr Kidd, his team and the receptionist were excellent. My daughter felt comfortable and had a really good experience. However, when it was time to choose the frames that other lady seem to be having a bad day or she is not trained to tend to kids. I was disappointed with the way she related to my child.

You guys have to fix the phone in that office. Always when I try to call is always busy or not working. How can I make my appoinment or ask questions if the phone is not working there?? Thank you!

I love it and it’s always a vibe with them. Never had a problem and they take care of u very well. You never had to wait too long to see the eye doctor.
