Stay away!! I contacted and arranged a routine annual eye exam for our two children, diligently researching our preferred in-network providers. To my dismay, we were billed an additional $80 for extra tests and imaging performed without our consent or knowledge. When I inquired about the unexpected $100 total instead of the standard $10 copay per child, that's when I learned about the "mandatory additional tests and imaging" THEY require. I asked why I wasn't told of this "requirement" when I scheduled the appointment or upon arrival, and their response was, "well we told you husband AFTER the exam".... Just another instance of a healthcare provider trying to maximize their profits by administering as many tests as possible.

Great Experience! Was immediately greeted by staff, with quick check in being a new patient. Eye exam was excellent as they explained each process. Even though I did not find a frame that matched my current version that I wanted to stay in, they took time to show me comparable and explained some new materials on frames. Thank you Dr. E Ayidu-Omo

They told me my glasses would be ready in two weeks. Three weeks later I call them to ask — they said I need to be patient, while the person on the phone wasn’t. The call me a week later and give me glasses with the wrong lenses and prescription. Their lenses are also hazy and blurry. The doctor was nice, the other people were quite unprofessional.
