Had initial appointment scheduled for December 21 which was the first available after contacting them September 27, 2022. Then was notified by text and phone around December 1 that the appointment had to cancel the scheduled appointment. They then offered me a new appointment time sometime in March or April, 2023. That is six months after I reached out for an appointment because I experienced problems with vision. This is uncaring care.

This is the best ophthalmologist office I have ever been to. All of the staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. I have incredibly sensitive eyes and usually dread going to any eye doctors, but the doctors and assistants here are compassionate, understanding, and patient. I highly recommend this place.

The staff and doctors here are nice and courteous. I paid $65 for the refraction test since they did not accept any vision insurance (which I have). This was my first time here. I have never been denied in the past (and never paid a dime) and did not know the key questions to ask when I made my appt. There is a form you must fill out and sign stating you will be charged the refraction portion of your eye exam. I would recommend that they include it in their new patient online library for future clients. I did not see it there and filled out everything available to me.
