This place was fantastic from the minute we walked in and the second we left after pick up! Made an 85 year old woman’s day!

Very easy to make appointments, the staff was super friendly! Gave great advice on picking out frames and glasses were ready a week early!

Phenomenal service, they helped me pick some frames and made sure I got the most out of my coverage :)

Always a great experience at Eye Mart on the southside. Been going here since I was a young girl and now bring my 4 kids here. Great experiences with Tina and Romey. They are very personable and a pleasure to talk to. Not a lot of places have great customer service anymore but you definitely still receive it at Eye Mart. Will continue to come here for many years to come.

So my story was I woke up Sunday morning and some how the arm to my glasses had broke off. I had to work Monday morning so thankfully I could wear my glasses but had to be careful so they wouldn't fall off. As soon as I got off work I went to eyemart on SE 14th and they were able to get me fixed, I had a new pair of glasses in less than a half hour. The staff was so helpful and polite. I would recommend this place anytime.

Love the staff at Eyemart!!!! Ryan was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. I stopped to ask if an old pair of glasses could be repaired. Ryan greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. He repaired my glasses within a minute. Fantastic customer service! Previously I stopped in to look for and purchase new frames. Romy helped me with those. I was looking for wire rimmed Aviator frames. She knew her inventory and very quickly I had about 10 frames to try on. Selection made, appreciated her opinion as I asked which frames she thought looked best. Glasses ordered and in within a few days. I find the entire staff to be helpful and would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for making things easy.

It was my first time there and they was very good! The dr. Was very nice and she explained everything she was doing and took her time was very caring! And Ryan helped me from the time I walked in the door and until I left! He wS very helpful!
