I wanted to personally honor and acknowledge the amazing work of Nicole and the appreciation my family has for her attitude towards her patients and for the astounding work she accomplishes on a daily basis. My father visited your Aventura office today, as he is a usual patient now and advised of the amazing customer service skills and empathy Nicole has for her patients. She is kind, knowledgeable, amicable, professional, and really makes her patients feel at home in the office. My father has expressed what positive energy, amazing passion, and care for the profession Nicole carries with her. He also expressed his appreciation for the home-like and professional experience of the individuals that work in the office. Congratulations Nicole and to the office, keep up the great work!

The front desk, supporting staff, and doctor are all friendly. However, I waited almost 30 minutes to be seen by support staff, then I was shuffled into a second waiting room. I waited almost 2 hours total to see the doctor. I would have left, except they told me they were unable to refund my $100 copay because the support staff had already evaluated me. If you have time to kill, then go ahead, but if you're looking for an in and out, it's not the place for you.

Absolutely wonderful team who took amazing care of me and really went above and beyond, from the reception and people who did my eye tests to Dr Spratt, who was very thorough and who I am confident is the best glaucoma doc around. Will be staying with them long-term for sure!
