Very professional staff. Shirley was extremely pleasant and explained each step in detail. She was patient and helpful. Bernard was so friendly and made my 13 year old son extremely comfortable, even cracking jokes and making him laugh. The entire experience was great and I’m pleased they were able to find out what the issue was with my son and provided the solution to help him see better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Excellent office!

The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. My aunt’s glasses were given to the wrong person and when asked to see security cameras, the manager left his patient to come tell her privately that the cameras doesn’t work and he doesn’t have cooperate office information. The front desk girl was all smile and laughs when we didn’t find anything about this situation enlightening. Short staffed and clueless management, do better. Every since they switched management, we’ve been experiencing issues with this place…..I’m done.

Dr Joe O'Connor, is my favorite!! Very thorough, informative and knowledgeable!! The only eye Dr I go to. You want " the best " see him. Staff is also service oriented, which is rare these days. Great team!!! Sincerely, Noel Thank you!!
