I was very disappointed with my experience. It has been over 10 days, and I called ahead to make sure my daughter's glasses were ready. I was told they were, so I drove there to pick them up. When I arrived, I was informed that they actually weren't ready and that they might be ready sometime next week. It was frustrating to waste my time, gas, and effort because I was given incorrect information. On top of that, the office was noticeably dirty, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, I was not pleased with the service.

-I am a New patient of the practice and i have never been to a place where it is very rude, When you walk in the Spanish girl at the front desk do not even greet you, she was holding conversation with her co workers just avoiding the fact that i was standing there trying to ask her a question.. Also they lost my glasses in transit of shipping it to the center i am going on 3 weeks with no glasses and my vision is getting worst day by day.. I call they be rude hang up or ger nasty with me on the phone today 7/29 I've called 3xs was waiting for someone to answer the phone literally was on hold for 1 hour one time 28 mins and this last time 39 mins and 45 seconds. NEVER AGAIN

A very good place! Friendly staff and most IMPORTANT! They accept Medicare/Humana with no Co-Pay! I recommend it.

Love this office! From the ladies at the reception desk, Dr. Law's eye exam, and to Anya, the office manager helping me pick a pair of glasses, I was treated like they all genuinely cared about my health and well-being. Thank you all so very much!!!

Everyone, from the front desk, the technician, Doctor Fledler to my last stop in the eye glass center, I saw Aril, were beyond professional and extremely kind. Really, the care I received was better than any place I have been. Thank you to everyone!
