Dr. Marten and her staff are just amazing. I visited a few other laser eye surgery centers around San Antonio and it was very obvious they could only do very basic procedures. I found Dr. Martel and she has been awesome, she and the entire staff are so helpful and polite. There is no high pressure sales tactics, they give you the price up front and will work with you on financing if needed.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Lisa Martens, and I, her caregiver, was very pleased with the care she received that I am now a patient. The staff, starting with the receptionist, are very highly trained, and the doctors execute the most impeccable service I have ever received. They explain everything and every detail that is comforting for me to know. I see great teamwork performed and the professional office energy is prevalent throughout the facility. I look forward to my next visit a year later. Thank you for your great service.

It was fantastic. I was so nervous my anxiety was really high. Everything was explained in great detail. Everyone was calm and warm. They talk to you through the procedure so so are aware and not alone in the room. The procedure was very fast. I could see blurry immediately after the procedure was over. Today is 4 days after surgery. I can see, blurry at times but that is normal. They are very communicative and inviting.
