Very conveniently located. I like SE Eye Group because they have all the newest equipment so no dilating eyes. They are very nice and easy to work with.

Extremely satisfied with their selection. One of the only places where you can get rimless glasses. Pricing was direct, and salesman took into consideration how I wore my glasses, had me out in demo pair how I wore mine, so he could measure them. I stead of the dot with pen and measuring, they actually have a took they put directly on the glasses for more accuracy. Awesome job!

This was the best customer service experience I think I’ve ever had for an eye exam and new glasses. The whole operation was very professional. The best part however is I got the best pair of glasses I’ve ever owned !

I love Dr.Alexa and her staff. Everybody is ALWAYS friendly and they treat you like family. The equipment is top of the line and the building is very clean. I definitely recommend Southeast Eye Group to everyone.

Everyone was very nice. Dr. Alexa was very nice and professional and did a good job examining my eyes. Amanda did a good job ordering my new glasses and lenses. The two receptionists were very nice. The young and newly hired receptionist was trying to do a good job and will be a great addition to this practice!

Just need to share how the staff is so kind, gracious and full of smiles here. I love the laughter and feeling like you’ve known them forever and it was my first year with them. Karen is a beautiful person with genuine heart for customer service. Dr. Alex was great evaluating me and placing me in such comfortable contacts that have let me see and feel like my eyes can breathe better (not as dry as previous recommendations at other places). Lastly, Bart in the glasses department has such patience and relaxed nature. He never once showed frustration with me while I was selecting and deselecting and tweaking my eyeglasses fit. Literally can’t believe how patient and wonderful he was working with me!!! Thank you all for the great experience. I live in Franklin and am a Nursing Supervisor at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital. I am so thankful that the staff where I work all come to this Clayton practice and highly recommended you. I would drive any distance to continue being part of this amazing practice family!

From the moment I walked through the door at Southeast Eye Group, I was welcomed and assisted by caring staff members that accommodated my mobility issues without hesitation. The appointment itself was like a well-oiled machine! Zero discomfort…and every staff member was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each test and outcomes. I was given several options and with all the incredible rebates and such-I ended up paying less for a FULL eye exam and a years worth of contact lenses than I have EVER paid before! Dr. Alexa Arencibia took the time to explain each test result and how I can maintain good eye health. It was a stellar eye care experience! I highly recommend!

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making for a fantastic annual visit from start to finish. The office itself is absolutely stunning and state-of-the-art! Dr Alexa also offers a wide range of specialized services, which was impressive and reassuring to know that she can handle all sorts of vision needs in one convenient place. My husband has now waited on his contacts, that they can't get right, for MONTHS. He was working out of town and needed new contacts. Today we get yet another trial pair instead of the full order he requested, AND PAID for. I don't know how this business stays open.

Dr. Alexa Arencibia (one of 5 physicians who worked with me and Ashley, tech) along with the receptionists plus Bart, were terrific. Sorry I didn't remember all their names. I will recommend this group to everyone! As an older patient, they placed me on a regimen for my eyes before changing the lenses. It's possible a lens change won't be necessary. Now these knowledgeable professionals are the ones you want helping you!

I was well taken care of by Alexa and Bart. Glasses are great and eye exam resulted in much improved vision!! I recommend SE EYE GROUP TO EVERYONE.
