I do not recommend this office for anyone needing any kind of medical advice. The staff is rude, incompetent and lazy. We had an appointment scheduled at 1:00PM and were not called back until 5:15PM. The wait is absolutely ridiculous and would maybe be worth it if we had gotten any sort of answers or assurance from the provider. She was in the room with us for a total of five minutes; acted as if us asking questions was an inconvenience to her, and left us feeling confused/scared. She was very obviously in a rush to get out of the room as she beat us to the parking lot on our way out which truthfully was the nail in the coffin. I strongly encourage future patients to receive their medical advice elsewhere, as they are not interested in patient care whatsoever. The only thing this office seems to be interested in is their money making scheme.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The technician who did my eye test was very rude and combative. I do not recommend using this facility. Based on my experience.

Lack of care is an understatement, this office do not demonstrate care, or basic listening skills, in regard to their patients. You will feel like less than “a number” here. Oh and be careful with billing department You will pay a lot without notice for surgery out of your own pocket, and not receive real treatment. What a horrible place. Lack of communication a lot Lack of Communication!!
