Everyone was very professional, but it was extremely cold in the office while I was there.

Dr. Masson and the staff have been outstanding for each and every visit! My laser procedure went well! I return April 7th to have my left eye done. I'm not apprehensive about it at all!

Everyone I met was professional and good at their jobs. I know what to expect before and after my cataract surgery.

Never again—unacceptable care and zero follow-up. I had a horrific experience here and strongly advise going elsewhere for care *.Extensive Wait Time: I was forced to wait over two hours before my appointment even began. *Painful Procedure: Dr. Shelton performed my SLT laser procedure, and it was incredibly painful. I could actually feel the laser hitting my eye. I was crying during the procedure and explicitly told her I was in pain, but it was not properly addressed. *Severe Aftermath: Later that night, my eyes were hurting so badly that over-the-counter medicine provided almost no relief. *Shocking Admission: When I called the office the next morning to report the severe pain, staff told me they were "trying out a new laser machine" and "don't know all the side effects yet."Zero Medical Response: It has been days, and Dr. Shelton has yet to call me back. No one from the medical team has reached out to address my pain or my complaint. Treating patients with unfamiliar equipment like a video game is dangerous. Make sure you ask heavy questions and protect your health by choosing a truly skilled, attentive professional.

Brooklyn is just simply AMAZING! She is really good at her job and so friendly and full of personality. She is always making us laugh. She will definitely take care of you!

Dr. Haddad and Dr. Sheldon are two of the finest eye doctors/specialists I have ever known. It is a real pleasure and I consider myself blessed.

Everyone I encountered during (and even before my visit, on the phone) was exceptionally kind and professional. Dr Mason spent as much time discussing my care as I needed, answering all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. It was an excellent experience.

Dr. Parker is skilled, highly recommended by other medical professionals and has great bedside manner. What more could you ask for as a patient?? What I also liked as a patient was that he explained things to me on the operating table during the actual cataract surgery process. The office staff is also great from start to finish. Like Ms. Brook at the front desk to other doctors like Dr. Larios. Take it from a Registered Nurse these guys are GREAT!

I have the highest respect for Dr Morgan Parker and the team. The technical aspects, as well as the human dimension, are always addressed excellently.

They are extremely slow. I never spend less than 2 hours there. They are packed and have people waiting. I went to Murfreesboro and they were packed. I was told the Nashville office is not as packed. This not true. There needs to be a better system. Too many people waiting to see the specialist. I have to make sure I have the time or afternoon clear to attend my appointments.

Very professional, Friendly, and helpful. The staff kept my Appointment on schedule. Dr. Parker explained what he was checking and gave my wife and I good information.

Always a good experience. Professional, knowledgeable and always take time to answer any questions. Also seems like they enjoy what they do.

I think the quality of care is good and everyone is very kind and apologetic for the wait times (more on that below). The issue I have is the wait times. I have had to go to them several times over the last year and I have yet to have a visit that lasted less than two hours (this across locations in Murfreesboro, Cool Springs, and Nashville). Some of my visits have been over three hours…lot’s of time waiting in multiple different waiting rooms. It’s unreasonable to have to block off half a day for an appointment. If they can’t correct this, then there are other excellent care providers in the area. It’s a significant issue and they don’t seem to have an eye on it b/c their customer satisfaction surveys don’t probe on this point.

Dr Parker is great! Reviewed my history, gave me a thorough exam, developed a strategy with me and gave me a complete explanation/ education. And was sensitive to my schedule needs… All while being on time with his appointment time! A true pro!!!

I followed Dr. Parker to his new affiliation, and it was reassuring to know that he had long term familiarity with my case. Continuity is important to me.

I recently had a cataract removed and lens implant surgery. I used this group. My experience was excellent. The staff were amazing. Genuinely. From the front desk and office personnel to the health providers i was treated with great respect and kindness. Dr Dahlia Haddad was great. My surgeon Dr Matthew Hartman was incredible. I highly recommend this facility. Not only were the doctors the best, the technicians and office staff were top notch. I will definitely use them for my next eye surgery. I cant thank them enough fir their support and health care.
