In store staff was great. 100% problems with getting glasses.. STILL WAITING 41 DAYS LATER TO RECEIVE GLASSES!!!. Husbands appointment was Sept 30. Glasses were supposed to be ready in 10 days (which itself is ridiculous as have never had to wait more than 3 days at any other eye Dr). Got told on last day that partials were found in lens so had to be redone. Finally got on Sept 19. Returned to store on Sept 21...they had made the prescription wrong!! So it's now Sept 26 and still waiting for glasses. Absolutely not good business for a set of glasses to have this much problems or wait. Staff great but would never recommend this store and would give less than one star if possible. As well was told that warranty is from the day the glasses were ordered NOT from the day you finally get the right glasses so we pretty much lost a month (well it actually might be the month or more when we receive his glasses) of warranty. Also was told by them that anyone that goes thru insurance at all will have their glasses sent to this lab. So be prepared for problems if you use your insurance!! Problems they don't do anything about except telling you they called the lab and have to wait. **Update...Oct 9 and STILL waiting for glasses. Absolutely ridiculous!! According to the store manager this morning she "reached out to the lab to find out where glasses were. Apparently they did not pass inspection... AGAIN!! So we were not given a reason as to why they didn't pass again but 2 times they have failed inspection and once they totally did the prescription wrong. So they have made the lenses 3 times and messed up all 3 times!! . NOT a good sign of professionalism!!. It has been 41 days since appointment, 27 of those were Business Days. I also asked to speak to the person higher than the in-store manager, was told she "could not give me a name or number. But she will reach out to her and have her contact me when she can". This is no way to run a business!! This place is absolutely useless seemingly UNLESS you pay cash, don't plan on using your insurance here! Because all they do is pay lip service to the fact that you don't have your glasses...after 41 days! Still Oct 9. They did have another "manager" from the lab call me. Only thing apparently she can do is say I'm sorrnd I understand your frustration but I'm on top of it now and will continue to keep in contact with the lab to get the glasses out and done properly. Not good enough as you still can't say how long. Now waiting on her manager to call me. Nothing but a run around and lip service to I'm sorry.

Staff was absolutely helpful, glasses are very nice and arrive on time, and my exams went very well and nice.

Best office!! We had to get an appt quickly after my daughter was seen by a different doctor in Brandon and left with extreme pain blurred vision light sensitivity. The staff here got her in quickly they apologized for her having to suffer all weekend. They were extremely friendly and the doctor was very thorough. We will be using this clinic from now on!
