I just had my last follow-up for my cataract surgery on both eyes (two weeks apart). The difference in my eyesight is phenomenal! I no longer need glasses after 62 years of wearing them. My lenses were corrected for distance so I still need reading glasses on occasion yet the difference in not wearing glasses full time is worth the minor inconvenience. Dr. Simmons did my surgery and I am thoroughly impressed with his talent and willingness to answer any and all questions I had about my surgery. I can’t thank him enough! I know of other surgeons in the area who have done the surgery for family and friends who haven’t had these same results. I was apprehensive about the first surgery and anxious to get the second surgery when the first went so well. Not only am I impressed with Dr. Simmons, the rest of the staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. Everything considered, I am extremely satisfied with my experiences at the Southtowns Eye Center. Thank you!

The doctor was friendly, outgoing, professional and as warm a human as we could have asked for. I heartly encourage you to see this doc for your eye care issues! I would add, the tech and the office scheduler were precise, helpful and warm and a high compliment to our experience!
