The lady at the front desk was so rude and hateful to my mother, said she didn’t have time to look up a phone number. Surgery was behind almost 2 hours with no consideration of schedule of family member. Was asked to call the school and tell them my kids had to wait , didn’t care that I was going to be late to pick up kids from school. Very disappointed in the service given this time.

In December 2021 I had my cataract surgeries. The first one went great. It was my worst eye and I had no problems. However my second eye, my good eye didn’t fair so well. The blurry vision didn’t clear. It concerned me because I could see fine from it before my surgery. So I asked Dr. Malory about it. But he must have been having a bad day. He wouldn’t answer my questions. He finally told me nothing was wrong with my eye and he didn’t know why I wasn’t happy with it since I have 20 20 vision. I replied that I don’t know how he can say that when everything I see from my right eye is foggy no mater the distance and the fact that when given the eye test I was asked to guess on the ones that were too foggy to see. I guessed 4 different possibilities if it was round. He told me and this is a quote, then you are a good guesser. He made it clear that he was not going to help me. I asked to see Dr. Weir and was told he was too busy to see me. He gathered up his papers to leave and I followed him out and asked what I was supposed to do about my blurry eye? If it doesn’t get better in a week? A month? Do I come back? And this is another quote, he said if I wanted to waste my time and his I could. I left there very upset and in tears. The eye that I couldn’t even tell had a cataract was and is worse than when I went in and I didn’t get even an explanation.
