I can't tell if these people are any good or not. It's twice now that I've had to wait for over an hour and a half (in fact, yesterday it was two hours). I was the last person in the building, and someone finally asked my name. It turns out that I took off work early to make an appointment that never happened, as the person making the appointment sent me to the wrong place. Not only did I not get seen by a doctor, but the staff didn't apologize for my inconvenience and were, instead, quite rude and surly, as if it were an imposition to reschedule me. I'm going to bring this up with the doctor when (if) I get to see him. I am angry!!!

Dr Shelley is a very capable provider. He is very knowledgeable in his field and always speaks in terms I understand. He has a great bedside manner, very friendly. I would 100% recommend not only Dr Shelley but the group as a whole.
