Outstanding experience with Dr. Loy at my first visit to the practice. Very nice staff from scheduling the appointment to checkout. Dr. Loy conducted a thorough exam for my annual glasses/contact prescription. He has a nice sense of humor, great understanding of my medical history, and optimal equipment.
