I had to wait for a contact lens fitting follow-up appointment for 45 minutes for what ended up being a 2 minute appointment. After getting to my appointment 10 minutes late, I waited 5 minutes until I was initially greeted. I was firth greeted by a woman from lens crafters who told me someone would be with me shortly. Then, the receptionist who eventually checked me in reassured me that the doctor would be with me shortly. Then, after waiting for a half hour, I went up and asked if I could just get my contact prescription and be on my way since I liked my contacts. They would not provide me the prescription without me seeing the doctor for follow-up. I was eventually told that they had mistakenly double-booked me at the same time with someone else, and then on top of it, since it was two people with regular 1/2 hour appointments (where they are getting paid out of it), they saw both of those individuals before me. What I was most annoyed with Then, when I saw the doctor, I was apologized to for the wait, but he told me that they had to track down one of the people from the previous appointment who had apparently gone missing, which forced me to wait even longer. They could've had me in and out in less than the amount of time it took them to track down the other patient. For my initial eye exam appointment, I showed up on time, and they cancelled my appointment when I got there, as the doctor was walking out. I have never had such a bad experience, in which this business seems very unprofessional, for the doctors to just flake out on their appointments without advanced notice, and then to wait 45 minutes without any communication. This review is not meant to reflect badly on Dr. Silver in any way, as in previous years, I had always seen her, and never had a bad experience; however, my negative experience this year with the other two doctors and the receptionist has made me decide to go elsewhere for my vision exams in the future.

I would love to post a zero star. I went here for glasses and contacts. And because of there lack of communication my contacts were not even the right prescription!! I called multiple times never got calls back or any help. So they let the 60 day run out and basically stole 68 dollars for a visit I didnt even go to. DO NOT GO HERE. I've had better luck getting contacts online.
