The technician who measured my cornea was wound up a little too tight for me. I know it is a busy office but their employees need to be a little more compassionate. On the other hand, the woman who helped with all of my finances, was very pleasant.

I was very comfortable and satisfied with the care I was given.from the front desk on up to the doctor. So many places anymore treat you like you're a number but here they treat you almost like family. It was my first visit there and I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Thank you very much Southwestern Eye Center, Dr.Pugh and his assistant whose name escapes me I'm sorry...

I had a pressure check with Dr. Pugh. The entire staff was very competent and professional! While it takes me about 45 minutes to get there, I always feel like it's time well spent, as the service and treatment I receive is excellent! I highly recommend Southwestern Eye Center. I've had pigmentary glaucoma for about 50 years and have been to many different facilities during my 70 years of age, and SEC is close to the top for me in all areas.
