Not sure of her name but very rude and snoby. Brought a wheelchair bound nearly blind lady in for procedure and right off the short redhead lady was rude I'm just a driver but I feel sorry for this lady I brought in .the other girl behind the desk was as helpful as she could be and patient. Man I'm glad it's not me or my relative being brought here .if you don't like helping people? Why would you work with people?

I had an allergic reaction to the drops used during an eye exam the previous 2 times. While I was adamant about discussing other options for the eye exam the technician just continued on as if I was not speaking. I also expressed my concern to the eye doctor who told me the drops were required in order to do the exam. I inquired about follow up care if I had a reaction again and I was told to call the office which I did. That was 4 days ago and I still have not received a call back.

I created an appointment for today but they decided to change it to Jan 2nd without notifying me or even asking if that was ok. No. It is not ok. Never do this to a customer. I won't be coming back and I will never suggest this place to anyone else. In fact, I will deter them from any Southerwestern Eye Centers. Fix yourself.
