Best eye exam by far in the past 15 years. The staff was very thorough and Dr . Ashley Lee was the best. Highly recommended!

Very busy office. They were sincerely apologetic for the wait time, but the wait was not the least bit excessive. I did have a few issues. Nothing major, but the Doctor took her time and thoroughly explained the items, and wrote down instructions for care and provided prescriptions. Your eyesight is extremely important and it is nice to have people you can trust for your eye health. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Frank did a very thorough exam and got me set up with a referral for an ophthalmologist. Prescribe me medication an gave me professional feedback but in a personable way. His assistant and the Lady's at the front desk were very patient with me with my nervousness and anxiety about my medical situation.

Was astounded by the lack of empathy and care shown at Southwestern Eye Center today. I walked by an 80-year-old frail patient with a walker who was waiting for the Heritage Retirement Center bus to pick her up. She could barely see and was walking back and forth between two parking lots trying to find her transportation. I contacted Heritage, and they asked that she wait at the eye center for pickup. The woman told me it was too cold inside the building, so I simply went in and asked if I could move a chair outside for her while she waited. I was told they were “not going to move chairs in and out to accommodate her.” As a perfect stranger just trying to help someone vulnerable, I was shocked by the complete lack of compassion. I live in Sun City Grand and am currently looking for a new optometrist/ophthalmologist — and based on how this elderly patient was treated, I would never choose this office.

The staff are friendly and professional. The wait time is never long. Dr. Cody is laid back and explains everything simply so I can understand. Exams are very thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good eye exam.
