Worst experience yet. The company's "system" has been down for a couple weeks now with no update as to when it will be back up. I've made probably 12 calls and had to wait on hold for hours at this point. Staff have been extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been hung up on (while being nice but apparently asked too many questions?), been repeatedly lied to, and still have no resolution. Oh, and the prescription I received for glasses is extremely off. Stay away!

I had my first and last appointment last Friday. Great front office staff and excellent exam by doctor's assistant. Then, ugh. The doctor couldn't give me a diagnosis for my pain and flashes. He offered to prescribe steroid eye drops, which I declined. I called the office on Monday after deciding to get the drops. I was promised a callback from a member of the doctor's team. Didn't get one that day, nor twice again after leaving urgent messages. Please, stay away from this place. UPDATE: I received a response to my post asking for my full name and telephone number. I tried to send it several times, and was undeliverable. You should be able to get my telephone number from my patient record. I am not going to post it on Google.

The girls "the techs" were wonderful. The young lady who did my ocular photos was fantastic! Unfortunately, their business model seems to include overlapping a very large volume of patients, so there is a lot of "hurry up and wait". You see one tech, then wait in chairs for next, then wait in chairs for next, and so on. Almost THREE hours later I finally saw the doc for a few minutes and was told that he only specializes in one area, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment. Pleasant staff, but my day was consumed with a noncomplex eye exam.
