All the attending staff were very personable. They were informative, caring, and knowledgeable, reassuring us that her eye condition was noticed early and treatable. They answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to help us understand the particulars of her eye conditions. I would recommend Southwestern Eye Center to family and friends.

Over this past year have had Retina surgery following appointments and recently Cataract surgery. Each step through this process have been great and the staff has made it comfortable and understanding. I give them an A+ on how well they do their job and take care of the patients needs.

Bathrooms are outside and it is not user friendly if you have a disability. Staff and Dr are nice but arrived 15 min.
early and took 25 min past appointment time to be seen. They are very busy. Part of lobby was dark and part had lights. I took someone there for an appointment. Sign said be patient short staffed. I won't be choosing this for myself.
