Awesome from check in to check out! This is my 1st visit at this new facility which was clean: modern and bright. The staff I interacted with were experienced, friendly and caring. Dr Sherlock was great! He addressed my immediate reason for this visit and potentially any long-term concerns; he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and I left feeling confident that my vision needs were well cared for.

There was a bit of a wait, but the staff was very friendly and professional. The exam and care during the entire visit was excellent and very detailed. Each facet of the exam was explained and I had plenty of information and was able to ask any questions I needed answers for. I am definitely glad that I chose Southwestern to be the protector of my sight. Couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you to all the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting.

From start to finish everything went very smooth. All of the tech's were very helpful with questions. Dr. Sherlock is fantastic. He explains everything to you as he is doing the test. They all have a great sense of humor. Great team work!!!
