Don’t bother wasting your time if you think your time and energy is going to be respected. I scheduled an appointment for my son and I a week and a half prior to our exam. I got there 20 minutes early and had my paperwork filled out 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time. Even going through all of that they were still running 45 minutes behind. I ended up leaving because I didn’t know how much longer they were going to take and my schedule did not permit. They were bothered that I was frustrated that they were probably gonna be more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time like I was the one with no manners. No one apologized and they also said that they never run on time so don’t expect for the next time to be any different.”

Dr. Pedarsani & Dr. Mohana have done a very good job in the eye exams. However, I have an issue with scheduling appointments. On 2 occasions, I called & made appointments for my wife & myself. When we arrived, the receptionist said our names were not in the system for that day & and had to reschedule. Recently, I made an appointment a couple of months ago & called to confirm. Again, our names were not shown for the date. It is frustrating since we again had to reschedule & I had to cancel my appointments since I have to work. There does not seem to be any accountability when this occurs. I tried to email this grievance on the website email, but the email did not go through & was returned back to me as failed delivery. I copied & pasted the Special eyes optometry email, so I don't not understand why it didn't go through. I would like to suggest a text message confirmation for date & time when appointments are made or email confirmation. Most businesses I frequent have this feature. I am strongly considering going to another optometrist based on these instances unless this issue is resolved. I understand if it's a one off incident, but it's a recurring issue.

Very rude service not a good example to represent Costco Wholesale at Via Princesa Location in Santa Clarita ,CA. About to close store we wanted to ask a question if she accepted a particular insurance so we can do business and she said we closed and shuts doors in our faces . Dr. Bernabe was exceptional. She asked the right questions about distance from my workstation, and I had never been asked that before, she then adjusted the prescription to not be where a typical DR would have assumed, but at the distance that I would have the best experience. She also educated me related to lens tint and blue light avoidance due to my long hours working with AI systems. Thank you Dr. Sofia Bernabe, it is true that common sense is truly rare and you have more than most - thank you.

Absolutely Horrific customer service. I’ve been coming here for years seeing Dr Pedrisani. This year I scheduled with her and then showed up and saw a Dr Shakhakorn. She was rude and short and didn’t listen, she gave me multifocal contacts and told me if I didn’t like them which some people don’t I could try something else. I came back today to try something else and she don’t make any notes in my chart so they said they couldn’t help me until I saw her only for a recheck. Mind you I’m going out of town and she’s only there 1-2 days a week on weekends. The doctor working I thought was going to be helpful but then also told me “they don’t have many in stock” when I just asked for enough contacts so I could see someone for a recheck then. Like it’s coming out of his pocket. They gave me 5 pair which doesn’t cover my trip or enough time to get an appointment with that doctor. They were so rude and uncaring - I’ve never experienced anything like it!! Go elsewhere it’s not worth it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️= Staff The administration staff is friendly and Dr Chan is Awesome! Efficient and straight to the point. ⭐️⭐️ = Wait Time You should go with time to spare. Not a rush. - I got there 10 min before appt time, turned in paperwork 2 min before. Took 24min after scheduled appointment before my name was called for initial front of office tests. And 1hr 2min before being seen by Dr Chan. Seems like you’re seen in order of paperwork received regardless of appointment time. Overall an unexpectedly GREAT experience tucked into this tiny office.

Made an appointment on their website and when I showed up they said they had no record of it. They told me I would need to wait at least an hour to be seen. No apology, no apparent concern that their website accepts appointments that do not show up in their system, nothing. Don't go to the trouble of going here unless you're prepared to wait an extended period of time. Just awful.
