Both times I've been here I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Nye and his staff are always so professional and polite. The location is spotless and quiet. Since my first appointment, I literally haven't gone anywhere else, for my eye care. And to be honest, I don't think I ever will.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Specs for less . I have been a customer for years now.The employees are always very helpful and friendly.The eye examination was extremely thorough and I felt he really cared.The employee helping me pick my frames even went above and beyond calling other locations to see if they had what I wanted. With that said I highly recommend all locations having recently visited the one on Arthur Kill Rd for a broken frame they quickly put my lenses in new frame in minutes.
