Found this location on Yelp and was very excited that I could schedule an appointment on a Saturday. The location is easy to find and had plenty of parking. The office is large and everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. I originally had an appointment with Dr. Duong but she was held up with another patient and the staff told me I could see Dr. Ha instead if I didn’t want to wait. Dr. Ha was incredibly nice and thorough. She got me set up with new contacts and my new prescription within 35 minutes. I wasn’t pressured into buying my new contacts from them but instead told to try the contacts out and call back to order if I liked the ones she gave me. I will definitely be back and already had my husband make an appointment for himself.

I recently had a vision check-up with Dr. Nicole Ha and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Ha took the time to really listen to all of my concerns with great understanding. Her approach was not only professional but also incredibly empathetic, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. I left my appointment feeling reassured and well-informed, thanks to Dr. Ha’s expertise and warm approach. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate eye care professional.
