Dr. Wichnoski has a terrific “bedside manner”. He takes the time to explain each element of the exam and gives his recommendations. He doesn’t push new lenses. I appreciate him looking after my wallet. His support technician was knowledgeable, friendly and explained each test.

The worst customer service. They send you to multiple locations due to lack of staff. One member at the front desk took another customer in front of me while we were going over my plan. I’ve since then not gone back and let my HR/Benefits know of how how unacceptable this company is. I’ve spent well over $4,000 with this company and they’ve gone down hill. My Rx was never fixed and they refused to fix it. My coworker told me of how great this place was and he too left. His nightmare was at the Uptown and South Blvd locations. Money isn’t the issue, but the customer service is. Aniya was the absolute rudest person ever who completely lied on numerous occasions. To be nice and then lie when all evidence has been obtained against you. Take this as a company to grow from your mistakes and do better.

This was my first appointment with Spectrum Eye Care, and my experience was amazing! The front desk staff were awesome, displaying excellent customer service and attentiveness. My exam was very thorough, and the Tech informed me of the various tests that she was performing. The Dr. was excellent in explaining my results, and finally, when it was time to pick out frames, the associate that assisted me was very helpful in selecting just the right frames.
