This place baffles me. We have never been here without a 40-60 minute delay that they don't tell you about until after you arrive. You are basically held hostage because if you speak up about it they threaten that rescheduling will be months before they'll get you in again. And the cuase for the delay? Other patients from a nother doctor was rescheduled over your time. We ended up in there for 3 hours. 3 hours for an appointment that should have been less then an hour. Don't make plans after your appointment, you won't make them. This is my experience from several visits. This is not a one time complaint. If there was other options for the service we need trust me we would not be here. To be clear, I'm not blaming the doctors, but the management.

The quality of customer service has gone down so much I'd rather pay premium prices at the mall. I've been using them for 15 years, but I can no longer tolerate 40+ minute hold times (if they even answer); the months long wait for regular check ups; the hour long lingering in waiting rooms. If you need to call, prepare to spend up to an hour of your life on hold. even if you're trying to call the office to say you're running 15 minutes late. You won't get through to anyone. You'll miss your appointment. And it will be your fault. After I finally stayed patient long enough to get reach a scheduler, they were scheduled out to late October. I laughed and hung up. I went to the mall. I was seen within 15 minutes, I got my glasses in 5 days, I scheduled a follow up appointment four weeks out. The doctor is getting my records and I am moving forward with him. Last & perhaps worst, the forms they require are full of invasive questions about my reproductive health, my sex life, my menstrual cycles, and my mental health. I don't care how valid/legal/appropriate the eye clinic thinks these questions are, I am here for two things. My eyes. The left one, & the right one. The fact that an eye clinic is still requiring details about a woman's reproductive health is pretty messed up when you think about it. Can you people evolve already? Stop that. It's gross.

My 1 year old son was referred by his pediatrician to this eye clinic a week and a half ago, and I had been calling and no one was answering or reaching out. I left a voicemail waited for their call and nothing. Finally on 7/17 the triage nurse answered the call. I explained I had been calling and waiting for a call back, I told her it’s been almost 2 weeks since my son got referred and that he needs to be seen for his eye and ear because since he was born it’s been tearing and irritated from all that green stuff that he gets around his eye and even gets swollen. His ear is also connected to that eye problem so he has an infection in his ear, to which she didn’t even care, said she could “possibly” call me Monday, and I asked why possibly Monday? She said ma’am, to get him schedule. I asked why possibly Monday it’s urgent and she said “you’re being disrespectful” and hung up on me. Totally disrespectful, no mercy or interest in helping my child. After waiting 2 weeks this is what they do. So disgusting how people could act like that knowing there are others in need.

Dr Anderson is great. He’s professional and personable. His treatment of my MD has been very effective My only issue is the wait time. Seems as though appointments often run behind. After the quick retinal scan, I often have to wait 45 min to an hour before I’m seen for the injection. Otherwise no complaints

Spokane Eye was so accommodating and Dr. Andersen is fantastic! He was so calming and gentle. Very intelligent and capable without a "God-complex" that is common among surgeons. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years. I have always had an excellent experience. Excellent team excellent Doctors. I have recommended family friends and my own patients here. All locations are equally great.
