Our family loves Dr. Unger! She is kind, thorough, and the care at Spring Family Eye Care is affordable. We've been going to her for over a decade, and are a large family. Everyone loves her!

I called to book an appointment for my son and I spoke to the doctor named Anne. She was very rude and unorganized when it came to scheduling. I attempted to book an appointment for Saturday. She said that if I didn't call her back. She was going to erase my appointment. Because it is a very busy day when I've been bringing my son here for years. Then tell me I can go to another doctor's office. Very rude, don't recommend this doctor.

My appointment was very efficient and informative. The price was good and the optometrists was very respectful. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

First, Dr. Unger incorrectly filled my eye prescription. I went thru 3 pair of glasses trying to fix the problem until I decided to go to another optometrist. That 2nd optometrist told me my prescription was bad. I went back to ask for a refund but she said she would instead give me my next prescription free. Ok, i accepted that. So, this month i went back to renew my prescription but I was told it had been over a year and the offer was no longer valid. I countered that she had not specified a time limit and I was refused the "next prescription will be free". She may well be a good optometrist but that's a lousy way to do business.

I have been going to this office for my checkups for more years than I can remember. I love how patient the optometrist is. The person working the front desk has always been great too. I have a few issues with my eyes and they all are patient with checking results of their tests and finding the solution best for me. This might effect timing of appointments for others. Just how patient are others with realizing very good health care takes time? I don't care that there are only a few chairs for waiting. I know this may be a problem if someone brings their family to the appointments, which is often not a choice they can change. The office is too small to offer more seats. I've never had to wait too long. Besides, I read my library books while waiting. Great service and care is the most important part to me!
