I called to book an appointment for my son and I spoke to the doctor named Anne. She was very rude and unorganized when it came to scheduling. I attempted to book an appointment for Saturday. She said that if I didn't call her back. She was going to erase my appointment. Because it is a very busy day when I've been bringing my son here for years. Then tell me I can go to another doctor's office. Very rude, don't recommend this doctor.

Our family loves Dr. Unger! She is kind, thorough, and the care at Spring Family Eye Care is affordable. We've been going to her for over a decade, and are a large family. Everyone loves her!

First, Dr. Unger incorrectly filled my eye prescription. I went thru 3 pair of glasses trying to fix the problem until I decided to go to another optometrist. That 2nd optometrist told me my prescription was bad. I went back to ask for a refund but she said she would instead give me my next prescription free. Ok, i accepted that. So, this month i went back to renew my prescription but I was told it had been over a year and the offer was no longer valid. I countered that she had not specified a time limit and I was refused the "next prescription will be free". She may well be a good optometrist but that's a lousy way to do business.
