DO NOT GO TO this eye practice. They charge more than anyone in this town, they have partnered with My eye Doctor or something and they screwed up my contact lens order twice. Had to wait one month to get a full order of my contacts. The first time, they sent the wrong Rx, the second time they send only the left eye and claimed the right eye was “back ordered.” Ive been getting contacts for 60-years and this has never happened to me. The glasses they made me fell apart already. The staff is less than to be desired. Go to a regular Pearle Vision or Dr. Riordan with Florida Eye Specialists.

Went there twice for an eye exam, second visit was my last. On my first visit about 2 years ago they did an eye exam and ordered trial contact lenses. I was waiting for them to call for over a week to schedule lens fitting. They never called. I had to call them three times before they admitted they never ordered my lens. Okay, mistakes happen. Finally got my lens after two plus week wait time. My second visit was this year. Again, no call from SJEA for about 10 days. I called myself to check on the status, was promised to call back same day. Never did. Next day I called again, asked specifically if lens were ordered. "Oh yes, they were. Should be here by the end of the week. Will call you this week." Never did. On the following Monday I finally picked up my lens with the packing slip from the manufacturer, stating the order date and time when I called the second time and was told lens were already ordered. So, I was really lied to - lens were not ordered again. This is not the kind of service I am expecting. Will not return, do not recommend. Twice in a row, same kind of mistake, lies on top. Google rating for this establishment feels kid of cooked.

This was my first time at the Nocatee location and I was extremely impressed with the staff and office! Every person I met was charismatic and eager to help. They were very patient, despite me running late, and made me feel very comfortable in the office. The office itself had a clean, modern environment. Dr. Fay was phenomenal, he took great care in being efficient, informative and kind. I appreciated the time he spent answering my questions and offering practical advice. If I wasn’t moving to Boston, I would make this my primary location for eye care. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at St. John’s Eye Associates in Nocatee. The staff was incredibly friendly and the tests were thorough and up-to-date compared to past experiences. Dr. Austin Fey was so nice and took the time to explain everything. While lenses were pricey and the glasses were all designer which is not a priority to me, I would definitely continue going here and trust my family to go as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chelsea, Lisa, and all those that helped me were personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Great service and great experience. Would highly recommend. Also have never gotten so many compliments on my glasses.

Dr. Price is a class act and treats her patients with the utmost care and compassion. She makes us feel like family and we wouldn’t trust our family’s vision with anyone else! We also have tremendous appreciation for Missy at the front desk…she’s always willing to go the extra mile and makes our entire family feel welcomed every time we walk through the door.
