Listen to the reviews DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely unprofessional staff that talk about the customers in-front of other customers. They close the office whenever they feel like it during business hours and will refuse to see you even after they call you to stop by to pick up your glasses.

Terrible customer service they don’t answer the phone they don’t care about customer just because I arrived 5 minutes later they told me to re schedule my appointment I will said to people staying away from this bad vibe place

I went to St. Lucie vision center( 10077 S US Highway1) recently because I needed a referral to go to an opthamologist. I was greeted by a tech by the name of Shannon who proceeded to name all the degrees that she had. Within 5:minutes my gut feeling was telling me to leave as her behavior was unprofessional & bizarre. She never washed her hands & she picked up her cell a few times when she received texts that she didn't answer. I have macular degeneration & cataracts, but one of the things that blew my mind was when she told me that I had SENILE macular degeneration. That is not a typo. Because I blinked a few times during eye exam, she came at me with a qtip to hold up my eyelid. She told me that she studied neurology & sometimes this can mean that you have Tourettes syndrome.Yes,she really said that.At that point I got up & walked out & reported her & this office to my insurance provider. I could go on but you get the picture. I can honestly say that I have never been treated in such a condescending manner with her bizarre behavior.

I went here and after an hour of nothing I had made the right executive decision to leave this establishment. I did not listen to the reviews, I just went out on a limb here but the reviews are 100% accurate about the service. Wasted my entire day, but in this society this means nothing. If you’re reading this review Today is 01/29/2024. This is the last time I ignore google reviews. I get sorry for the people there but I wanted them to make their own decision about their experience.
