My ophthalmology appointment went super well today! I was taken to the exam room soon after I got there. The assistant was very kind and professional. Dr. Bachmeier was also caring and helpful. I was done in under an hour. Thanks!

Dr. Dworak was very informative, taking time to explain the procedure to correct my sagging eyelid/ptosis. He explained each step and I felt very comfortable about it. The procedure went extremely well and I would strongly recommend him. The staff were also great.

He came across as being very curt - as if he thought I was intruding on his time. He was with me for about 5 minutes. I was succinct in what my concerns were (including dates) - it felt as if he had jumped to a conclusion vs fully listening to me. Gave me some drops and said if it didn’t improve that I should see my regular dr. I appreciate speed but I also appreciate respect.
