SPECS is just the best place! Family owned and operated with great staff. I had ordered my next 90 days of contacts and during the short time it took for them to arrive I found out I have cataracts and need to have lens replacements. Needless to say, I would no longer need the contacts I had just ordered. As usual, their customer service was outstanding! Since I hadn't picked up my contacts yet, they graciously agreed to return them to the manufacturer so I wouldn't incur a charge. They also helped me out with some trials to get me to my surgery date in a couple of weeks. An awesome experience and I definitely recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

I had an experience in 2000 that was amazing in that they helped me pick out frames that accented my face etc. & I thought it would never be duplicated. Not only did they duplicate--THEY EXCEEDED!!
