Wish I had read the reviews on this place before I gave them my money. 10 week out on glasses and they say they can’t get an update from the lab but tell ME to keep following up with them. When you call you’re lucky if you get through because it rings and rings then hangs up on you. Go literally anywhere else. Physician has no bedside manor and whoever I keep talking to isn’t helpful. The person who helped me pick out the glasses was great but 10 weeks later my opinion is soured. Edited to add: never did get through to them on the phone so I finally went in and they said they were having issues with their phones. Duh. The front desk lady said whoever took my order never submitted my order, along with all the other patients she helped. So in 10 weeks no one could tell me my glasses were never ordered?? They said they would submit it as a rush order but they still couldn’t give me a timeline. 🙄 So I told them to cancel my order and refund me. The lady said she was new but would reach out to her leadership about it. I was refunded but the point was to get new glasses so I will never go back and do not recommend this place.

100% recommend you order elsewhere. They will charge you hundreds and then just sit on your money forever. Anyone you talk to who has ordered with these guys lately will tell you they waited an average of 6-9 months. My last order took 6 months+ to arrive (was told this was manufacturer/supplier issues, but when I called both they said there were thousands of my specific script in stock so they were unsure of the delay as it was not on their end) so I asked beforehand this time and was told there were currently no delays they're aware of and it would be 2 weeks, give or take a few days. So I trusted the information and once again they are significantly delayed and I have no idea when they will be here with zero explanation. Meanwhile I am stuck in an incorrect prescription from the last time I saw a provider here-which he refused to prescribe anything but the most expensive brand/type all while telling me that was "as good as he could get" my prescription. Benefits typically allow you to order 1 every 365 days, so if you wait until you are eligible to order again, you will have about a 6 month gap wearing old contacts because these guys can't get it together. Like me, you may think to yourself "I'll just wear the glasses I ordered that day until the contacts I bought come in" but think again, those won't come either. Honestly will be filing a complaint with the insurance (which this company owns so I'm sure it will fall on deaf ears) as well as the BBB. Save yourself the trouble.

Avoid getting glasses from here. At first getting told it would take 2 to 3 weeks and because my son's prescription was an easy one. It should take the two weeks. Every week I call in they tell me by the end of the week and it's been going on 5 weeks now. And telling me that it's a 4 to 6 week delay.
