Same issue as everyone else from these reviews over the past 6 months. We ordered frames (not even the lenses), paid for them, were given a date range for when they would arrive, waited well beyond that range, and have since been told that Standard Optical has no idea when they might arrive, cannot even provide a vague 'next month' or 'the month after,' and I can't cancel the order. So, if you enjoy the rush of gambling, consider ordering your frames here. They may even arrive some day. And if they don't, pretty much every single store has figured out a way to only sell products they can provide their customers...so go literally anywhere else that sells glasses until this location can figure out how to....everything. Sounds like the doctor is great though from the reviews.

Do not go here! They are overpriced and the employees are encouraged to upsale you. Just go get glasses and contacts from Costco it'll be much cheaper. They abuse the trust you put in them by telling the employees wrong wait times for glasses and contacts to keep you placated. The doctor and employees are amazing, but the company is greedy and doesn't care about their patients.

I got my glasses around Christmas last year and with in weeks screws started falling out. I had paid extra money to have the warranty on them in case anything broke. Today I was only allowed to talk to Devon. Who is terrible and takes no responsibility. He said all glasses are designed to break like mine and if I wanted new ones I would have to pay for a whole new exam and everything. He tried gaslighting me into making me believe that this was normal. I have worn glasses for over 30 years. He scoffed at me several times and refused to give me a phone number for upper management or talk to them. I had to ask him several times what to do if the screws fall out and how to maintain this particular frame to which he would tell me just to put it in the glasses box every night and that is it. His flippent attitude is repugnant. Please do not order from standard optical. I am never using them again.
