Would give zero if I could, first i called before coming in about their deals on contacts with an exam made an appointment, when I went into the office the computers were down no big deal I rescheduled then when I went in again the deal I was told about over phone by an associate wasn't correct information so I was upset because I wasted two days (and I worked right after these appointments) thinking I would get a good deal then was told otherwise when I went to my appointment there was no deal I would need to pay full price I let the people know there they need to touch based with the customer service and be on the same page because it's not fair for me a person works two jobs car is broke down to ride my bike 5 miles to the store twice just to be disappointed the mexican girl kind of chubby with glasses and dark brown shoulder length hair (morning shift) was rude got an attitude with me right away rather than try and understand first what I had to got through for nothing this location is garbage they misinform you and you end up wasting your time. Will never go to this location again! The associate are a pathetic excuse for employees (morning shift).
