Valerie and Amr provided excellent customer service when I came in to get some glasses replaced. They were attentive, helpful, and efficient during the entire transaction. The glasses were still covered under the warranty and the frames were in stock so they were able to get everything sorted out in under 10 minutes. Prices are a little on the steep side but you do get what you pay for.

I was unaware that the exam was going to be virtual, I was not informed by the front desk associate. After the exam was done, an associate gave me 2 different prices for the same frame. Originally she gave me a $191 price then changed it to a $220 price. I asked her why the sudden price change and she informed me they changed the price, right there and then. Like what?? I then proceeded to get no glasses just the prescription and she said the exam would be $90 but when I signed the paperwork, it said $59. An associate was very scummy and tried to charge me more than what it was. I was very unsatisfied with my visit. The associate was not knowledgeable about prices at all. I do not recommend it.
