Always receive such great service when me and my husband go in for glasses or contacts and their prices are so reasonable compared to everywhere else. You just can’t beat it. The last time my husband got his glasses the young lady there was so patient and thorough and even though they were out of network she was able to match the price and also let us know of a rebate we could send in for. I am Always down for saving money. But what really takes the cake is the willingness to always help and go beyond to make the customer happy. So our son broke my husbands very expensive glasses that were not even 2 months old - we brought them back to Stanton to see how much a replacement was going to be because we knew that they could never be repaired based on where my son broke them. The gentleman working that day (Jacob) said “let me see what I can do.” He returned about 5 minutes later with a new pair of glasses with my husbands lenses all set in — gifting my husband the same exact expensive frame our son had just broken for NO CHARGE AT ALL! We went in that day knowing that we would have to pay for a replacement and Never expected this type of customer service that is just way beyond great service. We will NEVER go anywhere else for our glasses as long as Stanton is around. You just don’t find that kind of service now days and that willingness in the employees to go out of their way to make the customers happy. Thank you so much Jacob for helping us that day. You really turn our whole day around. You are so amazing ☺️

Could not be happier with my experience! My daughter lost a screw in her glasses and tried to repair them herself with super glue. I brought the remnants in and Joshua was able to find a pair of frames that fit the lenses and gave them to us! He was able to warranty out the frames despite not purchasing them from Stanton. Our family has gone to Stanton for years and will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Joshua!

Not going to lie, I was having a hard time at first. I made an appointment and wasn’t seen until after an hour, but they were pretty busy because of their Black Friday specials. After my exam everything went well and quickly. Joshua assisted me with finding a pair of glasses that looked good on me and something in my price range, as well as answering all of my many questions. I’ve had a good experience overall, and would recommend.
