I would give them -0 stars if I could. You go into the office and there is no professional there to give you the test. It’s someone working remotely. I’ve done this twice with them. However, the protective film my last pair of lenses is starting to cloud up around the middle of one lens and around the corners of both. When I called them on October 25, 2023 the salesman pulled up my account and pointed out that I had brought in my own frames. I asked what difference does that make if I bought the lenses from them. He then told me that I didn’t purchase the $25 2 year extended warranty. What warranty? I was never offered a warranty and the lenses were to be a year old on 11/4. So, if you want a quality product, don’t shop here. Also, this eye lab is owned by Stanton Optical who has many complaints with the BBB. They were great a few years ago, but now have poor quality and even worse customer service.

I have never rushed to give a place a 5-star review before but they absolutely deserve it. I'm still a minor but I no longer live with my parents and I needed to replace my glasses asap for my driving test. My family didn't handle the situation professionally at all and a lot of misinformation about the place's prices and insurance standards were given to me but they handled it with grace, humor and found a solution that I'm more than satisfied with. Thank you guys so much.

If I could leave no stars I would. The worst place I had an appointment at 415 left 725. Me and my daughter went in for an eye exam. Mines was conducted but I needed to see the doctor. I sat quite as another woman was there from 115. I ask at one point can I just have my prescription but they told me that they was waiting on the prescription I have to see the doctor first. Ok I sat back down at no point of time did the staff apologize of this inconvenience. I called customer service while still waiting . They explained that they were behind. They had a very old doctor looks to be about 94 working alone while they talk about things none related to work. While they sit on they phones. The staff appears to be over it them selves. No thrive very horrible place don’t waste your time . When they 760 pound guy called me he explained that me and my daughter couldn’t be seen only one of us. @725 from 115 how could you even begin to think that makes since 🙄
