My husband and I visited eye lab on yesterday 10/03/23. We were greeted with so much warmth and attentiveness the Mattie & the beautiful young lady assisting him. Everything went so well and they were both so engaging and professional. As we had so many questions and concerns and all were answered and articulated well. The prices are so reasonable. We we're blown away with how inexpensive the glasses were. I assure you if you're looking for a great and affordable optical this is definitely it. We will not be taking our business anywhere else.I love it here! Danielle & David

Great experience from the moment we walked in, we were acknowledged and greeted with a smile. Maya was great when I placed my daughter’s glasses order with her and we just picked them up and the manager Miriam was also wonderful! Being in the Customer service industry for over 20 years , I really appreciate the great service! Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back. Thank you Maya, Miriam and everyone else we encountered that made our experience so wonderful.

I purchased a pair of glasses in December 2020 for 425.00. Recently my lens tent has started buckling. When I went back to the store I was told I had to pay 45.00 to replace them. I told them no because they screwed them up and they need to be fixed. Glasses normally last longer than 7 months because the insurance company won't cover you for another year. I was told that was my only option and to leave the store upon my protest of the poor customer service. Never use them again and I don't recommend them, worst service ever.
