Impossible to get anyone on the phone, all calls get routed to some offshore call center. Drove down from Broward because I was told the can do same day glasses, get there, the machine is broken. Can I order here and pick up at the other store? Nope, you have to drive all the way to the other store and hope their equipment is working. Waste of time.
