The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to have a minor repair today and I was able to get an exam for new glasses and sunglasses. Dorothy thanks for your help.

The lady made adjustments for us free of charge and the service was amazing, overall this place was great. She was very professional and although she didn’t have the nose pads we needed, she still made adjustments which were free. They have a verity of popular brands as well and if you need repairs or just new glasses, this place is highly recommended.

I had an awful experience with this optical retailer. They clearly don't value their customers and don't stand behind their products. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your sunglasses. I placed the order of buy one get one free last year in August 2022, and did not get the second pair till now (May, 2023). After numerous calls and store visits they finally told me they made a mistake with my order, but refused to refund my money, instead offering a replacement with any coating I want, I had no choice but to accept that. Later, the company informed me that my order was ready for pick up, but the next day they called to demand additional payment for the replacement they offered. I was so confused until they said something like: “We don’t know if you already take away the glasses.” This was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect for their customers. At the end of the conversation today, Ms. Dorothy said she will report this issue to their manager. I requested nothing more than what was fair - a refund or for the company to keep their word. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, I reserve my right to escalate the issue to a higher authority and seeking legal assistance.
