I had really really high hopes when I went in here and literally everything sucked. They couldn’t take my insurance which is fine I guess but when one of the girls told the other girl that I was paying out of pocket, it literally seemed like they went into a room and laughed at it. One of the girls were nice, but the doctor literally didn’t say anything to me and just started the exam. He sounded like he was half asleep and then when I went out to get glasses, the 2 for $79 thing is a joke and no one actually explained anything to me. They just handed me a box and said put your glasses in here. When I thought I picked out the right glasses for the 2 for $79 they said they were different colors and then tried to charge me $251 out of pocket because they couldn’t take our insurance. The whole time the lady was barely explaining me all this stuff, she was having a different conversation with her coworker. They barely acknowledged me at all while trying to charge me an insane amount. Their selection isn’t even that good and I just walked out paying for the eye exam. When I asked her if I could just pay for that, she tried to still get me to pay for the glasses that I didn’t even like that much and said it’s still $80 that I’ll be paying. Whatever as long as I can get out of here and never come back. It made me so upset that they just truly don’t care and seem like absolutely no one wants to be there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went in because I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I saw the sign that said free exam and 2 pair for $79, which is suppose to cover the frames and lenses. I walked out paying over $600 for one pair of glasses. I was going for the 2 pair, but that would have been over $800. When I got a notification that they were ready I went in to get them and spent 20 minutes standing at the counter while they looked all over the building for my glasses. They looked everywhere but the bin for names that start with B. My name doesn’t start with a B. I do not recommend. I will be searching for a new eye doctor for my next exam. Well, I called the number, they had no clue what I was talking about. This place is a joke. I had to bring my glasses back because they had my measurements wrong and they were making me nauseous. They said they are putting new lenses in at no cost. Let’s see how long this takes.

Great staff! I have yet to have a bad experience at this location, I've been in 5 times now (I believe) and all have been professional, timely, and with employees who have a smile on and friendly personalities (plus a couple of the girls there have great sense of humor so that's always a welcomed bonus in my opinion!). Every warranty has been processed as expected, all orders arrived by date as told, and the store pretty clean as well. No complaints here. PS If you're extra good, sometimes you might even get a sugar cookie 😁
