I went to Eye Lab and had Emily as my Sales Associate. The service she provided was outstanding. Emily made the experience so seamless and easy. In addition, she was a great help when selecting my eye glasses and took the time to ensure I picked the one that fit my face the best. I rarely ever write reviews, but this one is deserved. Went in to see if they could repair my glasses. Met Priscilla and within 5-10min she was able to repair my broken glasses. She noticed a defect on one side of the glasses and even fixed that. She went above and beyond. Great service and amazing employee! Will come back when I need my yearly eye exam!? Came back again 3 weeks later 6-24-2023 and one of my lenses popped out again with a screw loose! The Assistant Manager Samantha fixed it in no time and was really nice. She even cleaned the glasses for me! Really great service.
