Great experience. We went in a lil over a week ago to get some new glasses for my teen. We already had the prescription from another company but didn't like their choice of glasses. We stopped in and thankfully found a pair my teen loved. Picked them up today. They came in as promised. The staff was very friendly and professional on both visits.

The best customer service! Price was great! Yes, the eye doctor is via video and very professional!!! I will be coming back here! Absolutely best eye appointment I’ve had in years! Update from when I initially posted this review I will still give them five stars however, I think it’s very important to let people know that the same Operations that businesses had before Covid is not the same now; with that being said, it will take them about a month to get your glasses to you. The good thing is, if you’re willing to wear contacts, they will give you a pair of contacts that are good for a month! A big hint to me considering that the lady I had the pleasure of working with kept saying 7 to 14 days for my glasses but your contacts are good for a month😂 I see literally see why😂; secondly the app is not correct going based off the app I would’ve got my glasses today I called and the staff let me know my glasses may be at the end of the week or next week! If you’re not be patient or don’t want to wear contacts, this would not be the company for you! 5/18/2023 is the date that I’m writing the review but I called on last Friday. I dropped my rating, because this company is in the business of eyeglasses predominantly prescription eyeglasses meaning I need assistance to see!!! She said my glasses should be ready on the 15th. Well they’re not on my face .. little frustrating now very frustrating, because now I am wearing 8 day old contacts. I’m glad I have my prescription 1-800 contacts here I come🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂❗️7/13/2023 finally got my glasses was told I get a refund of $80 it never happened!8/23/2023 finally got my refund.

I’m very happy with the service I received both times I’ve been to this place. The staff here are very kind and welcoming. Brandon is especially good at his job and provides wonderful customer service to everyone who walks through that door. He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable there and was overall very kind. 10/10 customer service on his part.
