Great place for eyeglasses and great service by their representatives, especially Brand Manager, Andrew Hakko. Andrew goes above and beyond to service his customers. He helped me multiple times with needs when I’ve randomly stopped in the store. He immediately addressed my needs with care, concern, and efficiency. Ask for Andrew, you won’t be disappointed!

John was super helpful and quick! I randomly went in with 2 pairs of glasses that needed a quick repair. John took care of both of the repairs immediately when I walked in! I was so pleased with the service and I will utilize them again!

The service I received at My Eyelab was made pleasant and easy because of the service I received from the associate that assisted me. Her name was Claudine. She was professional, courteous and most importantly, she was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I received service in less than half the time that ordinarily was have taken me to have come back on another day. Generally I don’t leave reviews because great service is a part of the job but in this case Claudine made the experience so pleasant that I felt the need to express it.
