I had the greatest experience here! Kristin helped me so much. From the moment I walked in she treated me so warmly and helped me find the right fit for glasses and contacts. I get anxious so easily and she made me feel right at home.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here - the Stanton website is not very clear when you make an appointment that this is a virtual eye appointment, not a doctor in the room with you. That was disappointing to not know before my arrival. Picked out my glasses, paid the usual obscene amount of money for my frames, and when they came in a week later, my prescription was wrong.
The doc had dropped my prescription in one eye down considerably, and I was not able to focus both eyes at the same time.
After coming back in, I had a different appointment with a different virtual doctor. The associate told me it would be about a week for them to get the new lenses in, and it was two and a half weeks before I heard from them again.
The staff was always kind, and seem to be doing the best that they can when corporate is clearly doing very little for them.
My new pair of glasses seem to be working fine, but I wasn't jazzed about my experience at Stanton and won't be returning the next time I need glasses.

IF THEIR WAS A SUCH WAY I CAN WRITE IN BOLD RED LETTER ***** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***** TRUST ME I WOULD DO IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Stay far away from this place Allow me to explain. I purchased glasses over $300 on the 13of January. First red flag 🚩 I Visit a vision center pretty often and never been told no my insurance isn’t accepted when indeed it is. I paid over $300 for everything. Not too bad but here’s red flag #2 🚩I paid and placed my order on 1/13 after repeatedly receiving emails that my order had arrived 1/23 and visiting the store more then 6 times!! Red flag #3 🚩 customer service couldn’t figure out why my glasses were scanned in but they were unable to find it and the store would never answer the phones. I was still being patient and understanding. But by the 31st my husband went in and requested to resubmit the order because it was a long wait an they clearly lost my frames. The worker clarified the order was cancelled and resubmitted on 1/31. With expectations that were set by them my glasses should be ready next week 2/16. To my surprise my glasses were not ordered till 2/9 over a week later with a ready date 2/23 to make that worse they submitted the order with the same EXACT FRAMES I PURCHASED THAT WERE DELIVERED SCANNED IN THEY DID IN FACT RECEIVE THE ORDER THE SAME GLASSES IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEY SENT BACK CLAIMING THEIR CUSTOMER OWNED FRAMES… unbelievable…please read the reviews and *** DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION***** I’m requesting a refund and submitted a complaint to the BBB IMMEDIATELY YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT.
