Went in today for a walk in eye exam, was greeted and told to wait, but not for too long. Was treated very nicely by Tekari (i believe that was his name). He was running the whole store by himself and even though he had to go around the store to do many different tasks, he made sure I was taken care of. Very grateful for a person like him, he deserves to be recognized and paid more since he’s a great worker!

***Updated photos: the condition of my glasses. This started a few weeks after I purchased. Addition (04/22/2023). I called customer support a month ago, and it sounds like they want to follow up, but no one contacted me. They put a response here to show others that they pretend to take care of the issue, and there are no follow-ups at all. If the defective lenses are what they can do best, this confirms it is a terrible business. Please do not waste your money. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a terrible business. Please do not use this. I have been wearing glasses for more than two decades, and I purchased one glass here in September 2022. About 2-3 months later, my glass lens film began to come off. This is something that I have never had any glasses in, and I used at least 40 of them in my entire life. I visited the store today to get some repairs or replacements. They said this happens for two reasons. 1. The glasses were located under heat. 2. I used the wrong solution to wipe out. So, they suggested I have to pay more money to replace it. First, I have worn this for the entire time since last September, and it has never been under any heat since I have been working remotely. Second, I never used a solution to wipe my lens and only used the cloth they provided. The store worker said if it is just 30 days after purchase, they can replace it without cost, but it has been almost a year. What? From Sep 2022 to Mar 2023, almost a year? It has been six months, and the lenses have a defect, which I have never experienced with other glasses. That is a fact, and I am so disappointed with them.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Emily helped my daughter and I with care and concern, especially since I went in just wanting an exam and ended up needing bifocals. She apologized for the computer being slow and things not running smoothly, also telling us that wasn’t her usual location. I think she did amazing! She also helped me out when it came to ordering glasses. I also want to applaud their process. It was a little strange to have a virtual doctor perform the eye test, but it was very quick and stress free. Thank you for the very pleasant experience!!
